I was able to sync with mty HTC EVO 4G LTE phone once. can anyone help I am also having problems with HTC Sync Manager. (they said they would dial in to my computer- I stayed in all afternoon but they never got back to me.) There are some similar threads elsewhere on this forum but none seem to answer this particular problem. I wish to download photos from my HTC one X phone to my computer. I have tried contacting HTC who have not been able to help. I have tried rebooting at various points and also with antivirus switched off.
